SCI is starting 2017 off on the right path. SCI has made the jump from ISO 9001: 2008 to the new 2015 standard. Our employees know the importance of our quality intentions. Our goal is to provide assurance to our customers that the product they receive from SCI will be consistent in the way in which it addresses enhancement of customer satisfaction.
The main requirements per the ISO 9001: 2015 specifies:
- The need to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
- Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
We continuously observe and check our quality standards within our company on a day to day basis. We closely monitor which articles, information and specifications are involved in the production process. We all work as a team here to make sure we are staying on track and heading in the right direction. Our ISO commitment gives SCI a sound basis for sustainable development.
